Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we request 24 hour notice to allow for accommodation of other clients’ needs. After three same day cancellations or no shows, we will only be able to accommodate you on a walk in basis, or with a non-refundable 50% deposit. We understand emergencies arise and will work with you the best we can.

 

Product Return

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, however, we offer 100% guarantee on all hair and skin care products. We would be happy to exchange it for another product or issue you a refund via the method you paid. The card must be present to issue the refund; otherwise store credit will be given. No cash back will be given unless that was original form of payment. All makeup sales and personal blends are final. Products must be returned within 14 days to receive refund, otherwise store credit will be issued.

 

Service Guarantee

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our services. No refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with your service, you may schedule for a redo service within 10 days. All redo requests will be reviewed by management prior to the redo appointment being booked

 

Specials and Promotions

Specials and promotional coupons cannot be combined with other salon specials or promotions. Coupons must be presented at check out in order to receive discount. Salon gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates may not be returned, and are non-refundable. Promotional gift certificates may not be used towards gratuity. 20 Volume Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
